I AM just saying WORDS to songs I like and sending CODED messages to secret friends, while I make sure THE OLD ME IS NOT LISTENING/PAYING ATTENTION.

I just finished doing some deep breathing and focusing my attention on CHICKENS AND EGGS, until I felt that the old ME had left the building, OF MY MIND.

HE GETS VERY BORED WITH THAT STUFF AND USUALLY FALLS TO SLEEP OR JUST WANDERS OFF.

ANYTOOT, I AM glad to get rid of him for awhile cause he's been driving me NUTZ!

He is bumming me up with all his LOGIC and SKEPTICISM and PSYCHOGENIC PSYCHOBABBLE.

When I say something’s GOOD, he says something’s BAD.
When I say an AFFIRMATION, he says an UN-FIRMATION.
When I say LIFE IS WONDERFUL, he just rolls his eyes and taps his foot and makes an ANNOYING clicking sound with his tongue.

I AM sick of the JUDGEMENT and RIDICULE, just cause I believe in the things UNSEEN and BEYOND HUMAN UNDERSTANDING and THE FLOWERS WHO DO NOT SPIN....Shhhhhhhh.

OH ,CRAP HE'S BACK!

TOMORROW, TOMORROW, it soon will be TOMORROW and be OUR DAY. Just like the ONE WING DOVE. WHEEL IN THE SKY KEEPS ON TURNING.

It's NOT working.

Back to the cushion. I WILL HAVE TO GET BACK TO YOU ABOUT THE THING WITH THE THING, K? (wink)

I AM HAPPY FOR YOU!

When you’re HAPPY, I’m HAPPY! If I wasn’t I would just be UNHAPPY for your HAPPINESS and COME ON!! Just put two and three together here folks.

OK, try this:
Close your eyes and imagine this scene. (Well maybe just squint your eyes so you’re able to read the instructions)

Now picture a couple of HAPPY people, put them in a room, then add one UNHAPPY/BITTER/DEPRESSED, person, then take away the HAPPY people, and what do you have left?

ONE LAME ASS UNHAPPY/BITTER PERSON! That’s what .

When you’re HAPPY for others HAPPINESS, IT'S A WIN-WIN SITUATION! Your HAPPINESS is bound to attract another HAPPY guy or gal, or MAYBE, two happy girls at once! Or one guy and maybe his happy dog or an old lady and a gay rodeo clown? MAYBE ALL THE ABOVE?
Whatever you’re into.

Friends,whatever you focus on, you attract more of. LIKE ME FOR INSTANCE. I AM ABSOLUTELY, ABSO-TOOT-LY, REALLY, REALLY HAPPY FOR THIS GUY I KNOW. Let's just call him...oh, i don't know... JAMES.

He has lots of MONEY/FREEDOM and always plenty of C.O.H. (cash on hand) and NICE lady friends that really enjoy SPENDING TIME/HAVING SEX with him. He has a sweet home in the city and a wonderful place in the country that he can just go to and kick back/sleep. He has a nice dependable new car, he gives to charities.He is mentally and spiritually fit, He wakes up and goes to a job he loves and works with wonderful, friendly people. He has DELICIOUS FOOD in his refrigerator and really nice clothes, and a new laptop and LOTS of other cool stuff, like health insurance and a neat boat, a cool robot collection and a healthy body.

AND THE REALLY COOL THING ABOUT HIM IS HE LIKES HIMSELF! Not in a conceited way but in a healthy, I AM what I AM kinda way. He loves people and his Ex-wife is totally HAPPY with him and thinks he's cool and smart, because he gave her a bunch of CASH and that HELPED their relationship, A LOT!

Oh, and his parent are VERY PROUD OF HIM and he's always helping people out, either with MONEY or EMOTIONAL SUPPORT or just being there for them.

AND I AM SO HAPPY FOR HIM!

He NEVER suffers from deep clinical depression or severe mood swings

AND I LOVE THAT ABOUT HIM.

HOORAY FOR JAMES!

HIS HAPPINESS IS MY HAPPINESS AND I KNOW IT’S CONTAGIOUS. THAT’S ONE GERM I DON'T MIND CATCHING!

HEY! CALL THE DOCTOR, I THINK I'M COMING DOWN WITH A BAD CASE OF SUCCESS-U-LITE-OUS!
